Vivaamart has adopted the following policy, in respect of handling product return and exchanges. The purpose of this policy is to establish a clear understanding between Vivaamart Enterprises India Pvt Ltd and its direct sellers, defining the conditions under which goods may be returned for replacement or exchange.

This Return/Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and terms for returning or exchanging products purchased from Vivaamart Enterprises India Private Limited. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our products and services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Return / Exchanges:

We accept return / exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect products received
  • Products not meeting quality expectations
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Return / Exchange Period

We offer return and / or exchange within the first 15 days of your receipt of product. If 15 days have passed since receipt of the product, you will not be offered a return and / or exchange of any kind.

Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return / exchange, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return / exchange.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide necessary instructions.

Return / Exchange Conditions

If a Customer/Direct Seller is dissatisfied with a product due to a manufacturing or packaging defect, they can request a return or exchange. The Customer/Direct Seller must contact the Direct Seller or Company from whom the product was purchased within 15 days of receiving it. A valid reason must be provided, and the product should be returned along with the original customer order receipt/invoice.

It is the responsibility of the Direct Seller to address the customer’s request for a refund or replacement. The Direct Seller can then return the product(s), along with the original invoice, to the Company. The Company will replace the products at no additional cost. If the Direct Seller does not wish to receive the same products, the Company will issue a cash voucher (zero BV) for the same amount, which the Direct Seller can use to purchase products of their choice within 30 days.

The following documents are required for product returns:

  • Product Return Form
  • Reason for return
  • Copy of Invoice
  • Products to be returned

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. It must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required to process returns or exchanges.

The Return/Exchange Policy is designed to hold both the sponsor and the Company accountable for ensuring that the Customer/Direct Seller makes informed and wise purchasing decisions.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the Company will arrange for return shipping and cover the associated costs. However, for products returned for reasons other than defects, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Return / Exchange

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the return or exchange. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cooling Off Policy

The Company provides a Cooling Off Policy to the Direct Sellers who wish to resign from their Direct Sellership within 30 days of their registration and return any Vivaamart that are in good condition, useable, resaleable, restock-able, unopened, unaltered. In this case company shall provide a full refund for the products after deducting bonus paid (if any) and reversing the BV on the products (if any).

We reserve the right to update this Return / Exchange Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised date will indicate the last update.
